Grants Manager
The Food Bank of the Southern Tier is seeking a passionate and strategic Grants Manager to lead our grants portfolio and support our mission to fight hunger across the Southern Tier.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full grants lifecycle — from research and proposal writing to compliance, reporting, and stewardship.
Build and maintain systems to track deadlines, budgets, and deliverables.
Collaborate with teams across the organization to align funding strategies.
Cultivate strong relationships with foundation, corporate, government, and community partners.
Who We’re Looking For
A strong writer with excellent interpersonal skills.
A critical thinker and organized project manager.
Minimum 5 years of grant writing or related experience preferred.
Position Details
Location: Elmira, NY (Hybrid — minimum one day onsite)
Salary: $61,000–$68,000/year, with benefits.
